EVENAI / INDEPENDENT SOFTWARE & AUTOMATION

Good software should make running a business easier.

Too much admin, an awkward system, or a job that takes longer than it should? I build practical software around the way your business actually works.

Built by someone who has spent time running businesses, not just writing software.

01 / GETTING STARTED

Half a day.
See what we can make.

We agree one useful task before you book. In a focused half-day, the aim is to put a first working version in your hands, not another presentation.

£199per agreed half-day

What you get. A free suitability conversation, one agreed session, and a short written note explaining what works, what remains and what it would cost to continue.

Afterwards. You decide whether to stop or book another £199 half-day. A finished production system is not guaranteed in a single session.

IF YOU WANT US TO LOOK AFTER IT

Built, then looked after.

£39–£99 per month for eligible tools we host and maintain. The exact fee covers agreed hosting, routine availability checks and maintenance.

An approved low-risk demonstration may be hosted free for up to 30 days. Additional development, heavy usage and third-party costs are separate. You can also take your paid-for code and manage it yourself.

No VAT is currently charged because EvenAI is not VAT-registered. Work, access and costs are agreed in writing before you commit. Read the business terms ↗

03 / THE PERSON BEHIND EVENAI

I've been on the other side of the counter.

I'm Ian R. Cooke. Before building software, I ran retail businesses, developed import and export operations and helped run a restaurant in Norwich. I know how frustrating it is when a system makes a straightforward job more difficult.

That experience shapes how I work now. Start with what the business needs, build something useful, and avoid making it more complicated than it has to be. Sometimes the best answer is software you already have.
